Computer Technician

You may qualify for this position if you:

• Are well-versed in friendly conversation and can help the customer understand what was wrong with their computer
• Are energetic and prepared to get to work
• Are well-skilled in the areas of PC, laptop, and networking hardware and software
• Are a good teammate, but also capable of working alone while backed by a team
• Enjoy maintaining and repairing computers but also enjoy helping people

Job Duties:

• PC hardware and software support. Hands-on troubleshooting
• Pickup/Delivery of customer computer systems for repair in the Charlotte area
• Perform technology needs analysis for new business computer support customers in Charlotte
• Coordinate technical support issues, billing, and sales with our other branch offices
• Manage small to medium sized projects for internal operations and customer deployments

Qualifications: 

• 2-10 years experience in Information Technology Consulting 
• Associates Degree or Higher 
• Computer Repair and Network Certifications (A+, Network+, Security+, Cisco) 
• Capable of providing good customer service
